Cookie policy.

What cookies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

In short. This website does not currently set any cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

1. Who we are

This website (propsys.dev) is operated by Polar Digital Ltd, trading as Property Systems Partners, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10441794, with its registered office at St James' Hall, Mill Road, Lancing, West Sussex, England, BN15 0PT. You can contact us at hello@propsys.dev.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your computer or device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences and to provide information to the site’s owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and device fingerprinting. In this policy “cookies” refers to all of these unless stated otherwise.

The use of cookies in the UK is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and, where cookies involve personal data, by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Under these rules, non-essential cookies may only be set with your consent.

3. Cookies used on this website

This is a static website. It does not require you to log in, does not have a shopping basket and does not personalise content. As a result:

  • We do not currently set any cookies, essential or otherwise.
  • We do not use analytics services (such as page-view or visitor-behaviour tracking).
  • We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across this site.
  • We do not use local storage or similar technologies for tracking. Where a browser stores a purely functional preference (for example, remembering that you closed a panel), that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
CategoryPurposeCurrently used
Strictly necessary Cookies required for the website to function, such as security or load-balancing cookies. These can be set without consent. None
Analytics Cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular. Set only with consent. None
Marketing Cookies used to deliver or measure advertising, or to track visitors across websites. Set only with consent. None

4. If this changes

We may in future introduce privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website is used, or other tools that rely on cookies. If we do, we will update this policy to describe the cookies concerned, their purpose and how long they last, and we will ask for your consent through a cookie notice before any non-essential cookies are set. You will be able to withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Embedded third-party content

Some pages may include content or tools provided by third parties. For example, if a scheduling widget is enabled on our discovery call page so that you can choose a time directly, that widget is served by the scheduling provider and may set its own cookies, which are governed by that provider’s privacy and cookie policies rather than ours. Where a page includes third-party content of this kind, we will say so on the page or in this policy.

Links from this website to other websites are not covered by this policy. Those sites may set their own cookies once you follow the link.

6. How to control cookies

Most web browsers let you view, manage, block and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually find these under “Privacy” or “Security” in the browser’s preferences. The following pages from the main browser providers explain how:

Blocking all cookies will not affect your use of this website, because it does not rely on them. It may affect other websites you visit. For more general information about cookies and how to manage them, see the ICO’s guidance on cookies.

7. Personal data

Where cookies or similar technologies involve personal data, our privacy policy explains how that data is used and your rights in relation to it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.

9. Contact

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please email hello@propsys.dev or write to Polar Digital Ltd, St James' Hall, Mill Road, Lancing, West Sussex, England, BN15 0PT.
